I recently saw a comment in a property investing group saying that buying now is the WORST time. That we should wait for the market to crash (which was apparently coming in 1-2 years) and THEN buy.
When the prices are low.
Well I thought, what a wonderful opportunity to educate my community on a better course of action :)
